CANCELLATION POLICY
At Mystic & Cortex salon I completely understand that life happens and things come up. Clients may cancel or reschedule without a fee by giving a 48 hour notice before scheduled appointment. Canceling 48 hours or less will be a fee of 50% of booked service. Clients that no-show will be charged 100% of the service.
